Love this stuff ! Feel more relaxed and sleeping a lot better and that’s a 63 year old who usually gets around 4 hours max sleep a night , now getting a good 6 hours a night ( unless I need to pee! ) it’s an old man thing ! But I don’t feel tired when I wake up now ,I prefer the spray as it smells refreshing great after a shower ! Definitely getting it again !

Certainly a brilliant product. I sleep through the night for longer (apart from usual bladder call of nature) than I have done for years. And if I have aching joints the magnesium spray helps calm that down too before I nod off to sleep. Will be buying again.

Best thing i have ever tried. Ive never slept 4-5 hours straight but since using this i do every night. I get up to use little girls room, get back into bed and fall straight back to sleep.
I love it.. it smells lovely and I’m asleep within minutes of spraying it on my chest.
Took a couple of weeks of consistent use before I noticed a difference but I'm glad I persisted as it is helping me sleep for longer periods now.
Works well, though the tinglong feeling surprised me at first.
Love this spray, the smell is amazing and I'm sleeping so much better. The company is ace too, I had a gfew questions and they were so helpful.

Having suffered for years with disrupted sleep, I have finally found a product that helps. I sleep for longer periods of time and when I do wake I go back to sleep quickly. The spray is so easy to use too.
My sleep has improved after a few days.
