When your order ships. We email you each time credit lands in your account.
How do I spend it?
Sign in, then shop as normal. At checkout, switch on Apply store credit in the payment section and your whole balance comes off the order. You can see your balance on this page any time.
What earns credit?
What you pay for products, after any discount, even the part you pay with credit. Delivery doesn't earn.
How do I become VIP?
Spend £250 or more in 12 months. We check after every order and every night, and VIP lasts as long as your last 12 months add up.
Does credit expire?
Credit from orders lasts 12 months. Welcome credit lasts 90 days.
I subscribe. How does it work for me?
Every delivery earns credit at your tier's rate. Subscription payments are taken automatically, so they can't use credit; spend it on any one-off order instead.
What if I return something?
The credit that item earned comes off your balance.
