What employers ask us.

What does it cost?

Nothing to your business, and nothing for your employees to join. Everything in your company space is free. Practitioner treatments are priced by each practitioner, with exclusive offers for your team.

Why is it free?

Because it works for everyone involved. NUYU is built around Audio Magnesium, a world first that pairs physical wellness products with guided mindfulness. Workspace Well lets us put that in front of more people, and grow alongside local practitioners and retail partners across the UK. Practitioners reach new clients on their doorstep, your employees get benefits they can't get elsewhere, and your business offers a genuine wellbeing benefit without building or paying for one.

Do employees have to buy anything?

No. The practitioner offers and the 30% NUYU discount are there if people want them. Everything else, from the audio and breathwork to the dashboard, is free to use.

Can we see individual employees' data?

No. You only see anonymous, company-wide trends, and nothing is shown until at least 8 people have opted in. Individual check-ins are never shared with you or with any practitioner.

How do you handle our employees' data?

NUYU is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and Workspace Well is designed around UK GDPR. Employees only share check-ins with their explicit consent, given in the app. We complete a Data Protection Impact Assessment before any company space goes live, and we'll share our Workspace Well privacy notice with you before launch. You only ever see anonymous trends from 8 or more people.

Is it optional for our employees?

Yes. Joining, checking in and sharing anything is always each person's own choice.

How are practitioners chosen?

We curate one trusted practitioner per category in each area. Before anyone joins, we confirm their professional registration, current insurance, qualifications and reviews, and we re-check all of it every year.

How much work is it for us?

Very little. We build your space, make your audio and run the practitioner network. We just ask you to introduce Workspace Well to your team, and share our short monthly update through your internal channels.

Who can join?

Businesses with 8 or more employees, starting in Harrogate and North Yorkshire.

How do employees get access?

They download the free NUYU app on iPhone or Android and join your company's space.
