Got questions? Good. We’ve got answers. And if yours isn’t here, don’t stress — our inbox is open. But before you ping us, here’s the quick-fire version of the stuff people actually ask.


Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will my NUYU order take to arrive?

A: UK orders usually land within 2–3 working days. International orders take a little longer depending on where you are. We also offer DPD next day for super fast delivery.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yep. Free shipping on all UK orders over £30. 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Absolutely. Pop your details in at the bottom of the home page or in your account and you’ll see exactly where your glow is at.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes — we deliver worldwide. Just note, customs charges or duties may apply depending on your country.

Q: What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

A: First, check your tracking. Still stuck? Email us at hello@feelnuyu.com and we’ll sort it.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Contact us ASAP. Once it’s left the building, it’s out of our hands.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product if it’s not for me?

A: Yes — as long as it’s unopened, in its original packaging, and the hygiene seal is intact.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: Snap a photo and email hello@feelnuyu.com. We’ll fix it fast.

Q: How long do I have to return something?

A: 30 days from the date you received it.

Q: Do you cover return shipping?

A: UK customers get free returns. International customers need to cover their own shipping.

Q: How long until I get my refund?

A: Once we receive the returned goods, we’ll refund you within 14 days.

Q: Can I return supplements I’ve opened but don’t like?

A: No. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products can’t be returned.


Products & Safety

Q: Are NUYU supplements made in the UK?

A: Yes. Everything we make is produced under strict quality standards in the UK.

Q: Are your products vegan?

A: Some are, some aren’t. Check each product page — we label everything clearly.

Q: Do you use allergens in your products?

A: Some contain allergens (like soy or fish collagen). All allergens are clearly listed on product pages.

Q: Can I take multiple NUYU supplements together?

A: In most cases, yes. But if in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist first.

Q: Can I take NUYU if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

A: Always check with your healthcare professional before starting any supplements.

Q: Are your products tested on animals?

A: No. Never.


Subscriptions & Accounts

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?

A: Yes — anytime, unless you’ve signed up for a promotion with a minimum term (like our 3-cycle offer).

Q: Can I pause my subscription?

A: Yes, you can pause and restart whenever you need, you can manage your subscription in your account.

Q: How do I update my payment details?

A: Log into your NUYU account and update your info. Easy.

Q: Do I need an account to order?

A: Nope, you can checkout as a guest. But having an account makes tracking and reordering simpler.

Q: Can I change the products in my subscription?

A: Yes, you can swap items through your account dashboard.

Q: What happens if my payment fails?

A: We’ll let you know straight away and give you a chance to update your details.

Q: What makes NUYU different?

A: We don’t do boring. Bold packaging, smart formulas, no fluff. We cut the noise so wellness feels clear, not complicated.

Q: Where did the name NUYU come from?

A: It’s about transformation — the “new you.” But sharper, fresher, cooler.

Q: Do you really use AI?

Q: Are your blogs just filler content?
