Subscribing with NUYU isn’t just about repeat deliveries -  it’s about perks, extras, and a few surprises along the way.

Here’s what you get:

• First Order (No commitment subscription): Offers against your first products
• Every Other Month (cycle 3, 6, 9, etc.): A free gift tucked in with your subscription, plus exclusive offers and perks sent via email at any time during your subscriptions
• If we run out of stock of the items, we will contact you and let you know, and get them sent as soon as they are back in stock. 

Regular Subscriptions

• Super flexible: you can cancel, pause, or manage your subscription anytime. 
• No minimum commitment 

Payments

• Your payment details are stored securely and charged per delivery unless you’ve prepaid.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before your next billing cycle.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order means you’re reserving a product that isn’t yet in stock.

• We may take no payment or a partial payment upfront, then charge the remaining balance once your order is ready to ship.
• You can cancel any pre-order before it ships. Once shipped, standard [Returns & Refunds Policy] applies.
