How blue light glasses actually work

Screens, LED lighting and the midday sun all throw out blue light. Our tinted lenses filter a portion of it before it reaches your eyes - how much depends on the tint.

Blue light is the high-energy band around 415–455nm. It's the part most linked to alertness by day - and to delayed sleep at night. That's the band our lenses are built to filter.
