What practitioners ask us.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There's no joining fee, no lead fee and no commission. Workspace Well is initially free for practitioners and for employers.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do. The app sends employees to your own website, booking system and social channels. We never sit between you and your clients.

Is there a contract or tie-in?

No contracts or tie-ins. We simply agree your category place, your offer and how we'll work together.

What does "one per category" mean?

We take one trusted practitioner for each category in each local area, so you're not listed alongside competitors. There are 29 categories in total, from physiotherapy and osteopathy to yoga, massage and personal training.

What would I need to offer?

An employee discount or package, a complete profile with your booking details, and a willingness to share your expertise through content and, where it suits you, workplace sessions. You decide what the offer is.

Do I have to stock NUYU products?

No. A wider NUYU stockist relationship is available if it's a natural fit, but it's never required.

How are practitioners vetted?

We confirm your professional registration, current insurance, qualifications and reviews before you join, and re-check them every year.

Where is it running?

Harrogate and North Yorkshire first. We're building the founding Harrogate network now, then expanding town by town.

What if my category is already taken?

Get in touch anyway. We'll tell you where your category is open, and put you first in line as we expand to new areas.
