Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, but here’s the quick lowdown:

We do ship to Europe (certain destinations) £7.95 or free over £60. Check at checkout for which countries we service.

Important Notes

  • Amazon Shipping: Orders placed before 3pm are collected the same day. Deliveries run Monday–Saturday (no Sundays).
  • DPD Next Day: Orders placed before 1pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same day. Orders placed Friday before 1pm will arrive Monday, as DPD does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

Next Day Delivery

  • Order by 1pm (weekdays) for DPD Next Day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 1pm Friday will arrive Monday (DPD doesn’t deliver on weekends or bank holidays).

Amazon Shipping Services

  • Next Day (1 working day). Orders placed before 3pm are collected same day.
  • 2 Day Service (2 working days). Orders placed before 3pm are collected same day.

  • Amazon Shipping delivers Monday–Saturday (no Sunday deliveries).

Delivery Restrictions

  • Amazon and DPD Next Day Delivery is not available to some areas, including Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and other remote locations.
  • These areas will default to a 2 working days service. 
  • If you have paid for next day service and it fails. Please contact so we can look into it for you. 

Bank Holidays

  • No collections or deliveries on UK bank holidays. Orders placed then will be processed the next working day.

Force Majeure

  • Deliveries may be delayed due to events outside our control (extreme weather, strikes, transport issues, etc.). We’ll always do our best to keep you updated. The quoted delivery times can change depending on shipping volume, weather,  traffic related issues amongst others. 
  • International Orders: Customs duties, import taxes, and any local delays are the customer’s responsibility. Always check your local import rules before ordering

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 3pm (Amazon Shipping) or 1pm (DPD) are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after those times ship the next working day.
  • During busy periods, allow 1–2 extra working days for dispatch.
  • No shipments on Saturday/Sundays or UK bank holidays.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves us. Tracking usually activates within 24 hours.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and items, and contact us straight away at hello@feelnuyu.com. We’ll guide you through next steps. Don't worry, we'll fix it!
