This Isn’t a Founder Story. It’s a Human One.

I’ve built brands before. But this one is building me back.

So, this is the ‘about me’ bit — where I’m apparently meant to say something profound while leaning against a houseplant. Truth is, I didn’t start NUYU to be anyone’s life coach. I started it because I found things that really worked for me personally over 2 decades of 'issues'. And thought, if things worked for me, chances are they will work for other people too'. I care about sharing knowledge that can maybe help people, about feeling better, about cutting through the wellness waffle.

I’m not here to sell you a perfect morning routine or pretend I’ve cracked some magic code. I haven’t. But I have spent years figuring out personally, amongst family, friends and community what actually helps — especially when life’s doing its thing. And that’s what NUYU is about.

I’m just a guy who loves cool branding, lives for big ideas, and genuinely enjoys creating experiences that feel bold, exciting, and maybe even fun. Wellness doesn’t have to be beige. And NUYU is proof of that.

No fluff. No guru vibes. Just something useful, colourful, and (hopefully) a bit brilliant.

This isn’t my first rodeo. I’ve built several businesses over the years — including a well known wellness brand that grew faster than expected. But NUYU? This one’s got my heart.

For almost two decades, I’ve quietly navigated anxiety and low mood. Like many, I’ve had my share of good days, hard days, and everything in between. And while everyone’s path is different, I’ve found real value in turning to natural support along the way.

Not instead of medical advice — but alongside it. Gentle, daily tools that helped me feel more like myself.

That’s what inspired NUYU.

A belief that feeling better shouldn’t be so confusing or clinical. That natural solutions deserve more clarity, credibility, and confidence — because when they work, they really work.

I started NUYU to help others feel more in control. To create something meaningful. Something my family can be proud of — and I can too. Honest. Helpful. And genuinely here to make things easier.
