Step 2 – Apply one Muscle & Joint Patch to clean, dry skin close to the area you want to support. For the best comfort and wear, we recommend applying it near the affected muscle or joint, although it can also be worn on the upper arm, shoulder or other clean, dry areas of skin.
Step 3 – Leave the patch in place for up to 12 hours, whether you’re recovering after exercise, at work or relaxing at home.
