We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase — and if you’re not, we’ll do our best to make things right.

 How to Start a Return

If you’d like to return an item, please email our support team first at support@feelnuyu.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return instructions.

This step is required so your parcel can be processed quickly and accurately.

🇬🇧 UK Returns

  • You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, no reason required.

  • To make it easy, UK customers can [click here] to generate a free return label or use the QR code at their nearest Post Office.

  • Please pack your item securely and keep your proof of postage until the refund is completed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately — we’ll replace or refund it as soon as possible.

 International Returns

  • For returns outside the UK, we currently do not offer free returns.

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

  • Make sure to include your order number and proof of purchase when returning items.

 Refund Processing

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please note: shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • It’s unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All hygiene seals or tamper-proof packaging remain intact.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used topical or skincare products.

  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items.

  • Products past their expiry date.

  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items.

 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact support@feelnuyu.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

 Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
If the item was sent to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
